environment for Al Gore's WE campaign and I'm happy to say he paid union rates and on time! The ad also got some print usage in Martha Stewart's Living magazine, the NEW YORKER and Oprah's O magazine.

Spots to watch for me in now are Mattel's D-Rex toy, (you can see this spot at www.masterorprey.com) I play the gardener. It's quick but if you watch the 5 minute promo my part is bigger and you get to see me run smack into a tree. Funny stuff! I then did a new Capitol One spot as a demon in hell, and as many of you have seen, the ENBREL commercial still running!

I also did an episode of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER for CBS, and a Disney kids show called THE IMAGINATION MOVERS that will air in 2009 on the Disney Channel. I play Joe the TV repairman who's afraid of mice. It's the biggest part I've ever had on a television show and we shot in New Orleans. That was great but shooting in New Orleans in August reminded me of why I moved to California in the first place. Man, it was HOT!

On another note, I'd like to say something about the possible strike by the Screen Actors Guild. Please do not believe the propaganda that the AMPTP (the producers) are spreading about SAG. They want to cut off our ability to make a living in this business. Only 2% of the actors in this business make millions of dollars. The rest of us go out everyday and compete to get a job. I have been very lucky in that arena but many of my fellow working class actors, as myself live from job to job. If the AMPTP is allowed to take away our residuals and not pay us any at all for the internet and DVD sales, most of us will be done in this business. It's very sad that these producers who make more than enough have chosen to cut off and cheat the very people who make them their money in the first place. Please support us in any way you can. Let people know that we are the victims in this fight and have tried to bargain for a fair deal, but they have refused to even negotiate any of the issues we have. The AMPTP owns the networks and the newspapers and are not allowing the truth to be told. They only let them report their side of the story, which is filled with half truths and lies.

So I'm asking for your positive thoughts and prayers that this will all be concluded with a fair deal for both parties!

Our second CD is in the works and hopefully will be released in 2009. We are moving into a new arena with it and feel that it will be most beneficial to all.
